How estate agent commission works
In Spain, the seller's agent is usually paid a commission calculated as a percentage of the final sale price, payable on completion. Commission levels are not fixed by law and vary between agencies, so it is worth understanding both the percentage and the service behind it.
Always confirm whether a quoted commission includes applicable taxes, and what the agency will actually do to sell your property.
